These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Waseen website (waseen.club) and the coaching and training services we provide. By using our site or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About us

Waseen provides career coaching and business training to working professionals in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at info@waseen.club or by post at Berkeley Square House, Berkeley Square, Mayfair, London W1J 6BD.

2. Our services

We offer coaching sessions, structured programmes and supporting resources designed to help you develop your career and professional skills. The specific features included depend on the plan you choose, as described on our website at the time of purchase.

No guaranteed outcomes. Our coaching is intended to support and guide you. We do not and cannot guarantee any specific result, including a particular job offer, promotion, salary increase or timeline. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your own circumstances, effort and the wider job market. Any examples, statistics or participant stories on our website are illustrative and are not a promise of results for any individual.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to use our services.

4. Plans, pricing and payment

Prices are shown on our website in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Monthly plans are billed each month. Annual plans are billed once a year and reflect a 30% saving compared with the monthly rate.
Payment is due in advance for each billing period. We may suspend access if payment is not received.
We may change our prices from time to time; changes will not affect a billing period you have already paid for.

5. Cancellation and refunds

7-day satisfaction guarantee: if you are not satisfied within 7 days of starting a new plan, contact us and we will arrange a full refund of that plan, provided no significant services have been delivered.
Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Your plan will remain active until the end of the paid period.
Annual plans may be cancelled in line with your statutory rights and the terms agreed at purchase.
Your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, are not affected by these Terms.

6. Your responsibilities

To get the most from our services, you agree to attend scheduled sessions, provide accurate information, and engage constructively. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on our coaching.

7. Intellectual property

All materials we provide — including workbooks, frameworks and resources — remain the property of Waseen and are licensed to you for your personal use only. You may not copy, resell or distribute them without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

Our services are provided in good faith and with reasonable skill and care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you take based on our coaching. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

9. Privacy

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you use our services or make a purchase.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
