Waseen pairs experienced professionals with practical coaching in career strategy, leadership and professional skills — so you can plan your next move with clarity and a method to follow.
Every programme is built around where you are now and what you want next. Choose a focus or combine them across a coaching plan.
Map a realistic path for the next 2–5 years, identify the roles worth pursuing, and build a plan you can act on with confidence.
Grow the skills that matter as you take on more — delegation, decision-making, difficult conversations and leading teams through change.
Sharpen the everyday capabilities that compound over a career — communication, negotiation, presenting and managing your time well.
Move sectors, return after a break or step up a level with structured support — CV and interview preparation, positioning and a clear timeline.
Waseen began in 2016 when a small group of senior managers and HR leaders grew frustrated with generic, one-size-fits-all training. We set out to build something different: practical, structured coaching that respects how busy professionals actually work, and that gives people a clear method rather than vague motivation. Today our coaches support professionals across the UK in person and online.
Accredited, vetted and experienced in real workplaces.
Sessions follow a structured framework, not loose chats.
Online or in person, scheduled around your week.
Practical support and realistic expectations throughout.
We focus on the things that make coaching genuinely useful for working professionals — clarity, accountability and a method you can keep using.
You're matched with a coach who has led teams and navigated career change themselves. Guidance comes from practice, not just theory.
Sessions are scheduled to fit work and life, online or in person. We keep momentum without asking you to put everything else on hold.
Each programme gives you frameworks and tools you can reuse long after coaching ends — so the value continues well beyond our sessions.
Clear goals and regular check-ins keep your plan moving. We help you turn intentions into consistent, manageable steps.
Conversations stay private. You can speak openly about your career, your goals and your concerns in a confidential setting.
We're clear about what coaching can and can't do. Your effort drives your outcomes; we provide the structure, tools and support.

Individual experiences vary. These reflect the personal views of past participants and aren't a promise of particular outcomes.
"I'd been stuck deciding whether to move into management for two years. Over six sessions we built a clear plan, and I felt ready to put myself forward — I started a team-lead role three months later."
"After 14 years in retail I wanted to move into project work but didn't know how to position my experience. My coach helped me rewrite my CV and rehearse interviews — I'm now a junior project coordinator."
"The leadership modules changed how I run meetings and handle difficult conversations. My team feedback scores improved noticeably over a quarter, and I feel far more confident delegating."

We work with experienced working professionals — typically managers, specialists and people considering a step up or a change. If you want structured support around your career rather than generic advice, we're likely a good fit.
Both. Most participants meet their coach online for convenience, but in-person sessions are available at our London base by arrangement. You can mix the two across a plan to suit your schedule.
Coaching gives you structure, tools and accountability, but outcomes depend on your goals, circumstances and the effort you put in. We can't promise a specific job, salary or timeline — what we offer is a clear method and consistent support.
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice, and you can move up or down a tier as your needs change. Annual plans are billed up front at a 30% saving; see our Terms for full details.
We handle your data in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Coaching conversations are confidential, and we only use the details you share to deliver and improve your coaching. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
It's a short, no-pressure conversation to understand your situation and goals, explain how we work, and help you decide whether Waseen is right for you. There's no obligation to continue afterwards.
